Is unilateral act of will of the employee who, by written notice, notify the employer of the individual employment termination, after completing a period of notice.
The employee has the right not to justify resignation.
Terms of notice:
- 30 calendar days – senior
- 15 days calendar - executive
Can resign without notice if the employer fails to fulfill obligations under the individual employment contract.
